In 1985 All Pro Home Inspections was established by Craig Streed in Iowa City to meet a need for unbiased third party structural/mechanical evaluations of new and existing homes. As a Certified Member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), Craig has preformed over 6,000 inspections which meet or exceed the Standards of ASHI. Broad experience in new and existing home construction prior to starting his home inspection business gave Craig a good basis for gaining expertise in home inspection. All Pro Home Inspections uses state-of-the-art inspection equipment including custom computerized final reports printed on site, combined with quality digital photos of revelant items incorporated directly in the report.
